College Scholarship
applications Available

Deadline to Apply: Monday, April 15, 2024 11:59 pm ET

We have eleven scholarships that are now available for students who reside in Washington, D.C.,  who will graduate from a Washington, D.C. public, private, or charter high school, and plan to enroll in a Historically Black College or University in the fall of 2024.

Pearl Ball Cotillion


Young ladies participating in the cotillion program will have the outstanding opportunity to experience a wide array of cultural, academic, and social activities, while at the same time obtaining scholarship funds to support their college career.  Upon completion of debutants training, she will participate in a debutante ball, a formal presentation of young ladies to society.

DC Pearls III Foundation and Rho Mu Omega Chapter of Washington, DC are undertaking an ambitious fundraising project with the goal of raising $250,000 toward the acquisition of a permanent home. With your support, we can identify the site for a beautifully appointed, spacious, state-of-the-art building large enough to accommodate our growing membership as we continue our legacy of service to the Washington, DC community.
